Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast is making these Standard Operating Procedures available to the public. Hard copies of these procedures are available upon request at our office located at 1129 Northern Blvd, Suite # 410, Manhasset, New York 11030.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES:
- PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION: Buyers/Renters are not required to provide photo identification to work with a Keller Williams Gold Coast licensed associate broker or licensed real estate salesperson. However, certain third parties such as homeowners, listing brokers, managing agents, developers, or building security may require this information prior to showing a property or admission to an open house.
- EXCLUSIVE BUYER/RENTER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENTS: These agreements are not required to be signed by prospective buyers/renters in advance to work with a Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast licensed associate broker or licensed real estate salesperson. However, if a prospective buyer/renter wants client representation, such an agreement may be requested and mutually agreed upon between Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast and these parties.
- MORTGAGE PRE-APPROVAL/PROOF OF FUNDS: A pre-approval for mortgage financing or proof of funds is not required to work with a Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast licensed associate broker or licensed real estate salesperson. Regardless of our standard operating procedures, a third party such as a homeowner, landlord, listing broker, or developer may require this information prior to showing a property, providing admission to an open house or concurrent with receiving an offer to purchase or rent.
